A cereal-free vegetable mixture as the ideal addition to a meat diet.
Composition: carrot, parsnip, beetroot, alfalfa, parsley, tomato, broccoli, cabbage, spinach, dill, nettle, dandelion
Instructions: Mix the flakes with the same volume of water (e.g. pour warm to hot water over 1/2 cup of flake) and let the flakes soak for 15 to 30 minutes. To increase digestibility, it is possible to puree the moist flakes.
Note on dosage: Half a large "coffee pot" (250 ml) with Lunderland vegetable mix corresponds to approx. 42 g of dry flakes. The same amount of water weighs 125 g. This means that after swelling you will have 167 g of finished flake in the "coffee pot". To get 100 g ready-to-eat Lunderland vegetable mix, you need approx. 25 g dry flake and approx. 75g water
