We ship our frozen goods from Mondays to Thursdays.
No frozen goods are shipped on Fridays!!!
Packaging for FROZEN MEAT
We ship our frozen products using a high-quality insulated box. The box is delivered by post, with delivery usually taking place within 48 hours (following handover to the postal driver). The postal delivery company will deposit the parcel at your front door if you are not personally present to accept the parcel.
As long as the temperatures do not exceed 25°C, the meat should be frozen (or slightly defrosted) upon arrival at your premises.
*Frozen goods that have defrosted do not suffer any loss of quality; you can safely refreeze them.
Return shipment in an INSULATED BOX
The fresh box is reused by us. Therefore, please return the box to us within 14 days (of the invoice date); otherwise, we shall have to charge you for the BOX (€ 50 per box).
For the return shipment, please stick the return label included in the delivery onto the box and then hand the BOX over to the postal driver or take it to the nearest post office.
Shipment within AUSTRIA
If the order value is € 50 or more, we ship our dry treats free of shipping charges within Austria.
If the order value is below € 50, we charge a flat-rate shipping fee of € 6.
Shipment within GERMANY/SLOVENIA
If the order value is € 70 or higher, we also deliver to Germany and Slovenia free of shipping charges. To make it easier for you to reach the order value, please feel free to ask acquaintances, friends and colleagues whether they also wish to order chews for their four-legged friends.
Of course, you can also place an order below € 70 with us, in which case we charge a flat-rate fee of € 10 for shipping.
You order will be processed as quickly as possible. The maximum processing period is 10 business days!
Normally, however, we are much faster:
Parcels of dry treats
Austria: 1–2 business days
Germany, Slovenia: 3–5 business days
Austria only: 1–2 business days
Please note that the processing periods may be longer during promotions or at Christmas.
Confirmation of dispatch will be sent by email when the parcel leaves the Foggi warehouse. The order will arrive by post. Therefore, you will be able to track the status of your shipment online at any time using the tracking number of your package --> www.post.at.
