We obtain our meat freshly slaughtered from various regional abattoirs. Once the meat has been processed, most of it is frozen so that we can store it. We offer our frozen meat in packs of 250g, 500g and 1000g.

To thaw the meat out, it is advisable to place it in hot water in the evening, and by the morning it should then have become separated. Poultry will keep for around 2 days in the fridge, and you can store other types of meat in the fridge for up to 3 days.

You can also thaw the meat, separate it into portions and then freeze it again. This is quite alright, as it will only lose a few nutrients. But as well as frozen meat, you can also buy fresh meat from us (only on the spot, NOT via the online shop). We usually receive fresh products on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
