The burgers are made of 100% venison. Venison is equivalent, if not better than organic meat, as the meat comes from the wild deer. As with all other burgers, the meat is first minced, then pressed into shape, and finally dried by hot air. The burgers can be broken easily.
The venison burgers are made from the same raw material as the venison nuggets.
